因为儿子在2年前开始吃素，希望他可以吃得健康和有足够的营养，于是就开始研究素食谱。我们比较喜欢用家里的食材随便混搭烹煮出[家常素］！
近年，随着人们对自身健康关注程度的提高，越来越多的人们开始将饮食的侧重点转向素食。素食，代表着现今健康饮食潮流大趋势，也是环保护生的最直接方法。可以说素食逐渐变成一种未来的饮食方式。然而，除了饮食之外，素食还可能是人们所期待的，未来的一种生活方式！
